Healthy Banana Muffin/Bread Recipe

- 2 Bananas
- 1c Oats - then blended into Oat Flour
- 2 Tspn Sugar
- 2 Egg Whites
- 1c Milk
- Cinnamon and Vanilla Essence to taste
- 1 tspn Baking Powder

- Pre heat oven to 180C
- In a big bowl mash the Bananas and add in the Vanilla, Cinnamon, Egg Whites and Sugar
- Add into the bowl the Oat Flour and a bit of the Milk
- Gradually add the rest of the Milk (you might not need it all) until you get a cake batter consistency
- Add in the Baking Powder and stir until its combined with all the other ingredients
- Pour mixture into either a lined or non-stick bread pan or muffin tins
- Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on if you're baking muffins or a loaf and your oven
- They will be done when you insert a skewer in the centre and it comes out clean
